ACCOMMODATIONS

*Recent renovations have made our facility a new place.*

The Coastal Retreat Center offers 21 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum 80 people. 11 bedrooms have two double beds, and 10 bedrooms have a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Selected rooms are connected with adjoining doors. Each room has a bathroom with shower and independent heating and air conditioning. Guests provide their own linens or they may rent from the Center. All of our rooms have been recently upgraded through "Adopt-A-Room" and the Phase One Renovations!

DOWNSTAIRS -
Dining Room / Kitchen / Lounge
When you first enter the Coastal Retreat Center, you will receive a warm southern welcome in our lobby. From the lobby you can enter the lounge/meeting room or the dining room and kitchen. There is a free public telephone with long-distance and Wi-Fi wireless internet access in these areas. The kitchen is available for groups to prepare and store food, and can be set up to serve buffet style. Pots, pans, trays, silverware and serving utensils are furnished.

UPSTAIRS -
Coffee Station / Classroom / Lounge / Outdoor Covered Deck
A coffee station with sink welcomes you to the upstairs meeting facilities. There is a large classroom that can seat 35 at tables and offers a dry erase board, pull down screen, and TV/DVD unit (with cable). For smaller, informal meetings, we have a private lounge room with sofas. If you would like to enjoy some fresh sea air, step out on our covered deck that offers a breeze, shade, and rocking chairs.

BASKETBALL COURT
Bring your game to the outdoor basketball court that is located right outside of our main building. A paved court, two hoops, and a basketball make for a wonderful afternoon! Enjoy!

THE BEACH!!!
And of course, as a guest of the Coastal Retreat Center, you will enjoy premier free parking on the Isle of Palms. Bring all your beach toys and walk across the street to see the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Daytime events are held frequently on the beach, including sandcastle building competitions! At night the beach makes for a wonderful moonlit stroll, undisturbed by man made light. If you are lucky you might come upon a Loggerhead turtle's nest and see the Turtle Team Preservation group in action! See the tides change and experience all the wonder of God's beautiful beaches.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Entrance to the CRC is on the ground level. There is an elevator that provides access to the second floor. Public restrooms and 2 bedrooms are wheelchair accessible.
